Title: Barmouth Quarry approach
Post by: 205Chris on September 13, 2019, 07:51:43 am
Found the topo for this place on line but it's not clear what the approach is.

Can anyone clarify the best place to park and where the approach is? Thanks

Hopefully you can see these pics?

The P is paying carpark but anywhere around there would work

FP is a footpath, it's a steep flight of steps by a bench. It's marked on os maps. Takes you up the hill beside the quarry. Quarry is unmissable.

B is boulder. Easily visible from foptpath. Little scramble down into quarry, nothing tricky, not really baby friendly.

Climbing was good, I couldn't touch the 7b+.
