was out climbing the other morning and have strained my right bicep.doesnt hurt as such but when i tense it up fully it feels soft whereas its usually rock hard.its it just a bit of a strain or is it likely to be a tear?im having atleast a week of climbing now to let my skin fully recover but wondering if my bicep will be back to normal in a week.

my right bicep feels soft whereas its usually a soft cheeselike consistency...
if its muscular it should be ok in a couple of days, stop waving your willy for that time and it'll probably be ok.

yeah im hoping so but usually when i pull a bicep i can still tense it up ok so was just wondering if i had done a bit more damage than usual.gonna give it a weeks full rest,maybe had a swim and if its not right in a week will see a physio for advice

I would recomend a week off climbing to recover personally 8)

bicep has started getting hard again when tensed(oooer)so think i just strained ::)myself a bit.

is'nt that an overdose.after taking 29 you'll be able to pole vault without a pole. :)
