Updated my browser (Firefox) on the laptop and am now locked out, get an error page with a dead link ‘to fix it myself’. Any ideas?
-
I get the same on Opera. try a different browser eg MS Edge
-
Seems to be working on chrome, maybe a firefox specific bug?

Had some login issues intermittently on Firefox and always resolved after clearing cookies and reloading (can't remember if just reloading the cache (CTRL-Shift-R) was enough on its own)

Ah yeah a cookie issue may explain it, I tested chrome in an incognito window (i.e. no cookies) so may explain why it worked for me.

Thanks guys. I had to clear cookies twice, first time just resulted in a different message.
I would sooner leave UKB than Firefox...

Hi Adam - Duncan has raised a ticket with Rosehosting.

Been having a dig around on this - looks like it's down to a mod_security extension on the server - our hosts are looking into this now... Will update as soon as I have more info.

Hi Adam,
No issues were found in the logs... Do you have the other error message that you received?
The hosting guys and I have tried logging in and out of UKB on Chrome, FF and WF (and clearing all caches etc.) and can't replicate the problem yet...

I’m on a Mac, that might be part of it.
If it happens again I’ll get some screenshots.

I have the same problem as Johnny reports on chrome + mac. I can only log in if I open an incognito window. I get the following error 403:

Also, I am not particularly bothered by any of this. So
