Been to Banff snowboarding but didn't know there was much bouldering there - what sort of rock is it?

Is there a link to more info about the guide, or any other stuff about this area online?

It was quite a shock to us Brits to see caribou walking around the streets  in Banff  :D

Not to sure if there is a internet link to it yet, the book was just published a few weekes ago. Most of the harder problems are in K country, Banff itself only has a hand full mostly V0 or V1, there is one V4. Canmore has a fair about more. You should check it out in the Summer time not just a winter place ya know :o

I'm well keen to go over in summer time - I bet Alberta/BC are stunning in summer.

I'm sure escaping from bears and cougars adds a few grades onto the problems too
