After 13 years, I am retiring from running our centre- mainly bouldering but with a toprope area.
I’d rather keep the centre going by handing it on to someone than close up and sell off the fittings; we’ve been busier than ever since the new year
It would be a great opportunity for ideally a couple of people to take on. We haven’t done any marketing for a while, and opening hours are limited, so there is plenty of scope for attracting new business.
It’s more suited to a hands on approach rather than just getting a manager in.
Finance is in place for the bulk of the purchase, and I am not seeking a fortune for transferring the business and assets.
