Some info that may help in this old thread (http://ukbouldering.com/board/index.php/topic,1729.0.html). There's a few people that have it but I'm not sure of the ethics of banging out copies without asking its originators.

Yeah, we've had this before - I've got a copy somewhere but I wouldn't want to run off any dupes without Dan's permission.
He was quite keen on it being a limited release at the time.

Dan has commented on the piratebay link above in the comments. Didn't seem to mind. He was talking about it when i was living with him in Australia. He is all for the media free to all standpoint!
