Title: Heartbeat and calorie burn during climbing sessions
Post by: tomtom on January 07, 2017, 01:27:22 pm
A split thread from the one where OMM and myself were discussing heart rates calorie burns etc during a climbing session.

So, I've worn an [emoji519] watch during two wall sessions and here are some results. First one - 55 min long post warm up trying V7 problems at Stockport wall (And succeeding on a couple). Calorie burn (according to the watch of C400)

Second session yesterday at the Manc depot. Same grade of problems post warm up. Last 10-15 min was stretching followed by some push ups. Cal burn of 500

Gaps in Bpm are I assume where it can't take a measurement properly (watch not on the right part of the wrist etc..) interesting several peaks in the 150's.
