Just putting this on here in case it might be of interest.
I've had problems with both tendonitis (golfer's elbow) & bursitis ( vague medical for sore elbow) for six months or so.
Then I went to see a dentist. Who removed an infected root canal.
Next day no elbow pain. :-\
Now this could be coincidence as I was pretty much getting on top of the tendonitis anyway, although not the other thing.
Now a physio might be cheaper. In fact building a secret base under a volcano, kidnapping the world's greatest scientists & forcing them to build you a nuclear powered arm from diamond & titanium might well be cheaper.

I've heard of similar experiences, though can't remember details, along the lines of : infected teeth- inflammation elsewhere. Odd indeed.
