Title: Adobe Lightroom Query
Post by: Adam Lincoln on February 03, 2008, 10:51:29 pm: Ok, so just moved over to mac. Been using lightroom to edit photos, but once i have changed and edited it, i cant get it to change the master photo in my files. Any ideas? Probably really simple?

Hmmm, id like it to do so. I am sure there is a way.....

Post by: Johnny Brown on February 04, 2008, 12:37:35 pm: What Dave said. Are you shooting RAW? If so, edit then output to tiff. That is your new master photo. You can't edit RAW as such, changes are saved to the xmp sidecar file - LR does this automatically

Post by: Adam Lincoln on February 06, 2008, 09:10:07 pm: yeah i understand that, but, say i edit an image, and like you say doesnt edit master, if i want to for example upload to my flickr, when i point to it in flickr uploader the image is the unedited version..... Sorry, new to macs!
