I've had a haggis in the freezer for a couple of months, I'd been planning to cook it tomorrow,and hadn't until today realised the extrordinary coincidence of it actually being burns night on the same night.
So, apart from neeps and tatties, anything interesting I can do with it
Depressingly enough I don't have a dram in the house.

Slice a chicken breast in half, stuff with haggis, wrap with prosciutto,in oven approx 45 mins, easy and tasty!
