Title: Taking a month off
Post by: Sarnian on May 11, 2014, 12:29:33 pm
I've heard that a lot of the top wads take a month off climbing every year and so I'm about to give it a go as it's the only chance I have of passing my exams (Please don't remind me that it's a terrible choice weather wise! :slap:). I plan on doing a bit of running, and climbing on slabs if I get the chance just to stop myself going crazy. My question to the greater knowledge of ukb is, do you think I should continue doing antagonist/core training or stop doing everything completely?

Doing pushups, pullups on bar, core stuff etc is an excellent thing to fit in around revision etc so just do a load of stuff when you have a minute in between dissatations/revision or what have you.
Don't get carried away with a plan for it, just do excersises when you need a break from the work.
