Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach in NW England?
Post by: thekettle on March 30, 2017, 05:30:32 pm
Can anyone recommend a decent one? Looking for an experienced coach for some science-based input into safe/effective lifting techniques and basic strength exercises. Ideally based between South Lakes and North Manchester.

Thanks for replies, I thought I'd get personal recommendations before searching databases or googling all of them. Mr Smith looks promising.
