Does anybody know of any good indoor videos? I watched 'the insiders' (The Insiders (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ml-rxMwcaf0#ws)) and loved it, but can't find anything similar really!

The La Sportiva masters video of Ondra, Woods, Sharafutdinov, Robinson and Gullsten is already in the Quality Bouldering Videos (http://ukbouldering.com/board/index.php/topic,4073.msg336583.html#msg336583) (along with several other indoors ones) .
Bit of pain to have to trawl through them to find them, but I bet you'll come across some other videos you like too.

A good Malc Smith vid from a few years back with some training tips.
I particularly enjoy watching it with youtubes auto transcribe function turned on. 'as soon as you twist an egyptian' becomes 'susie twice projection' according to youtube :-\

I only do indoor stuff havn't had the chance to go outdoors so i can relate to how hard the indoor problems are compared to the outdoor ones. So i do like them a bit more + you get some crazy stuff on indoor walls.

This reminds me of a story about Malcolm Smith. He was on the road, working on the second ascent of Hubble, which was highly coveted at the time; when he got a phone call from his bother back home. His bother informed him that he was getting really close to doing one of the projects on their home wall in their bedroom. The legend is that Smith, packed up and headed home to try to do the problem before his brother did. So at that moment for Smith, doing a boulder problem in his bedroom was more important than getting the most anticipated second ascent of the year.
