Title: Lens repair
Post by: andyd on January 01, 2016, 09:20:48 pm
I dropped my favorite lens as I pulled my bag from the back of a truck, smashing on the farm yard concrete floor.
By a stroke of luck, only the filter was smashed. I had to use a hand saw to get it off. The impact has dented the thread that receives the filters though.
Any ideas on where this could be fixed please?

Personally I'd rather use this method rather than one of those tools.

Or just send to any decent camera repair place:
