Does anyone have any info on fixing my golfers elbow (tendonitis)?

When I had elbow problems, this short sentence was one I never heard:

Stretching- You can do these stretches right away, but keep out of the painful areas. Stretching discomfort is okay, pain is bad.

I've seen lots of climbers make elbow problems worse by trying to speed up recovery and stetching far too aggressively. I made this mistake too. The physio told me it was good to push. Oh dear. Cue one year off climbing.
