Hi all does anyone have a quick answer to why guardian and BBC news app won't refresh on mobile data? Tried various settings menus and Google, no luck yet. Works fine on WiFi. Cheers, Toby

Android/ios/windows phone? Which version of the above? Have you tried updating the affected apps?

One plus 5 phone. Android. The app probably downloaded about ten days ago! Have emailed guardian to ask them.
