Title: Physio in Leeds
Post by: saltbeef on October 25, 2017, 08:48:28 pm
Does anyone know a good physio in Leeds? I've got tennis elbow which is improving, through following advice from the web and not going climbing. I'm pretty certain its caused by my shoulder and by doing "upstream therapy"  on my shoulder seems to now be giving me impingement. Any knowledge of who to see would be gratefully received. I've seen Rory who used to work out of the depot but he's only in Leeds on a Monday and I work long days then. Cheers

I'm on my second bout of physio (shoulder impingement first time, back knack this time) from Peak Physio.

They have a few offices but I'm going to the one in the middle of town, next door to Byron.

I mate of mine from back in my London days is now up here and working as a physio - might be better if you want to be treated by a climber. Never actually seen him for treatment but may be worth a shout:
