Title: Leeds knee physio recommendations
Post by: dunnyg on January 27, 2017, 10:57:58 am: The better half has a knackered knee. Any recommendations for a good knee fixer? Leeds based, city center/Headingly would be ideal but any suggestions welcome.

I used this guy for my knee last summer. Seemed to know what he was talking (he's into running himself) about with a central location. Got me back running after identifying what he thought it problem was and I've not had serious pain since. I've neglected my exercises over the last 2/3 months so progress is a bit slow but much better than before I was seeing him.

Cost wise I think he was about £35 a session, but I got it through some health insurance so can't be certain.

Post by: tommytwotone on January 27, 2017, 08:39:03 pm: I've been seeing Peak Physio, in building next to Byron right in middle of town about my shoulder, seems to be working out well. Again, about 35 quid a session.
