Evening folks.
Getting a bit of trouble from my tendon that connects bicep to the elbow (distal)
It's mainly on close compression style problems, the usual sort of tendon ache, dull and annoying.
I was wondering what people have done to iron out these issues?

Brachialis not biceps? Eccentric hammer curls?
