I've started back at the gym after a 4 year break.mainly because of future wad due sunday and my climbing time will be reduced.
I've always done a 3 day split of chest/arms shoulders/back legs/abs.but I feel I need to knock it up a bit to 4 days.
How do you arrange yours day? To give me some ideas.

Chest on Friday, arms on Saturday? :P
Isnt this 'working individual parts' a hangover from Body Building?
I tend to mix Strength, PE, Endurance and recovery workouts instead to give some variation..
