In the gym yesterday doing pulldowns, on the final set I noticed that my arm (forearm and Bicep) was massively pumped and tight. It didnt really hurt but it felt really weird. Not done anything since but the forearm still feels really tight.
Anyone had this, anyone know what I might have done?
