Something I've noticed recently is that beasts seem to have dead strong thumbs, where as mine are piss weak!
Anyone got any good training tips just to get that pinch strength goin?
Don't think a finger board will lend itself well to this, as there don't seem to be much opposing actions going on.

do loads of problem with pinches on.

Saw this guy on record breakers when ah was a boy: one arm press-ups on the thumb - thumb balanced on a coconut. Think the coconut think made it somewhat harder as his hand was wobbling around so much. Either way, that guy had strong thumbs. Hey, don't take my word for it, try it.

Just whack some vertical strips of wood onto your woodie/finger board and as you get stronger, sand down the sides 'til you can pinch like an angry scorpion.

a bit of banister rail would be good for bubba's idea

Bannister would be good, coupled with something a bit wider for those stretched pinches.
