Planetfear.com (http://www.planetfear.com) are reporting that Steve McClure has done a new link up on the Business boulder at the Stanage Plantation. It starts up Zippy's Problem, ignores the jugs going onto the big shelf, then finishs up where Ben's extension drops down. No grade yet.

The other "last great problem" there which i spied in theory before now is essentially that in reverse, i.e. ben's extension into jerry's, reverse zippy's and then finish up that B6 where zippy's starts.

hes done all sorts of links on that boulder. Jerry's into Danny's, Bens into Danny's Ben's backwards, Bens into Jaosns etc etc etc.
I remember one conversation with him were he said "I don't do much bouldering because I'm not very good at it."
He is easily the best all-rounder on rock in this country.

I think that boulder suits him, i.e. little holds, long problems. You gotta wonder if his height will limit him at some stage, like on stuff like cypher or careless torque.
