GCW's done a topo... here's his original post:
"I've done a topo for Blackstone. It's taken quite a while to gain much information on the place, and it still isn't at all clear who did what when. Therefore, expect some errors in the guide.
All info regarding first ascents, missing problems, grade opinions etc would be very welcome.
General discussion is probably best kept on the old Blackstone(s) thread.
Right click and "save as" here: Blackstone Edge Topo (http://www.snapdrive.net/files/555197/Blackstone%20Edge%20Topo.pdf) 8.5MB"
Good work that man.

Just in case bandwidth is exceeded and the above link fails to work, here's an alternative download: Blackstone Edge Topo (http://www.snapdrive.net/files/555382/Blackstone%20Edge%20Topo.pdf)
If neither links work, please wait 24 hours and try again. Apologies in advance.

unfortunatly neither will download on my n.h.s. computor.can you not dress it up as a piece of research.such as "blackstone edge an experiment in the use of bouldering as a method of alcohol reduction for chronic alcoholics working in the n.h.s"

"blackstone edge an experiment in the use of bouldering as a method of alcohol reduction for chronic alcoholics working in the n.h.s"
Do I know you?
It's a PDF, so it's more likely the NHS is blocking the SnapDrive site.
If anyone struggles to get the thing downloaded, send me a PM.

excellent work Gareth the topo is ace, the slab on hueco blocks felt stiff for 6a, but that could be because I'm a short-arse! will you be adding Vgrades or keeping it Font?

Looking to head up there this weekend - can't seem to get the link working for the topo? Anyone else having this problem?
Is it avialable any other way?
Thanks

SnapDrive ain't happy at present for some reason. Here's a temprary MegaUpload link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=P75OIF1Z (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=P75OIF1Z)
If anyone wants it PM me an e-mail address and I'll send it to you, but I'll try to sort out the above links first.

Or try Blackstone Edge Topo.pdf (http://www.snapdrive.net/files/555197/Blackstone%20Edge%20Topo.pdf) at a later date...

GCW
Thank you!!!
Excellent topo. Looks like weathers gonna be ok too.
-
I've added the topo to the UKBouldering Vimeo Group's files page (http://www.vimeo.com/groups/UKBouldering/files), which I hope will be a more permanent home.

Good work, I hope to make it up for a session soon.
IncidentallyI did a traverse along the lip of the block with Nik's slap at about 4+ and another low start on crimps around the same area http://www.ukclimbing.com/images/dbpage.html?id=32283 (http://www.ukclimbing.com/images/dbpage.html?id=32283) at about 5+
Nik and I also did a number of problems on the far right edge behind the Heuco blocks.
I think a good name would be the Guardsman that can't spell (see graffiti)

Let me know when you are heading up there.
It seems to have annoyed people on UKClimbing (http://www.ukclimbing.com/forums/t.php?n=334188), so it's been worth it
