Title: Trapped nerve in neck
Post by: Moo on September 08, 2014, 04:25:11 pm
Sup peeps I'm currently suffering with what I believe is a trapped nerve at the base of my neck but on the side so it refers right down through my shoulder.

Anyone had anything similair and any ideas how long it might take to clear up. I've been for physio but the best they could do was stick some pins in give it a rub and tell me to do nowt.

cheers

If it doesn't sort itself out in a few days and a physio isn't helping go and see a Chiro/Osteo etc (depending on preference). Will PM you a good chiro who can normally sort my back out in a couple of visits.

Had this issue for years when I was younger and it still comes back to haunt me occasionally. Only cure I found was a chiropractor.
