Hi, I've got a room for rent in my house in Sheff. Its a double room in my house in Meersbrook, relaxed household with me and one other, both climbers. I'll be working away a lot so usually just two in the house during the week. House is near Meersbrook park, has a nice garden, everything else you'd expect. There's a link to pictures below. £310 / month all bills included, no formal contract or minimum term. Am more than happy for someone short term i.e. a few months. Long term also fine. Am happy for people to come and have a look round any time, so if you or anyone you know might be interested just let me know on this thread or via pm's.

If it's still around in a month I may be interested. Currently looking at a new job which would see me needing you be in Sheffield enough to need somewhere to base myself. Not yet finalised yet though
