When the season gets going you can often get dodgy live feeds of races - http://www.steephill.tv/ (http://www.steephill.tv/) and http://cyclingfans.com/ (http://cyclingfans.com/) usually have a good list.
Before then, youtube has everything, especially the last few kms of races/stages. In the case of extreme boredom on the UCI channel https://www.youtube.com/user/ucichannel (https://www.youtube.com/user/ucichannel) you can watch 2hr re-runs of whole races (road, xc, downhill, track, bmx, cyclocross).

On the Leg Shavers thread Percy posted a link to the film A Sunday in Hell which is a bit of a classic

Highly dangerous, utterly irresponsible and completely brilliant

Agreed but still amazing. Brilliant soundtrack too. Excellent stuff.

Amazing. Well worth watching in full. Makes me want to ride my bike...fast. How they get through some of those gaps is beyond me. And Lucus does it all without turning his head. Interesting comparison to BASE jumping and the Honnold soloing stuff. All taking a calculated risk for fun/thrill.
All on old school tape cameras, I hope he's now using GoPros!
On a tech note, on my tab I got the music copyright notice ban but still worked fine on my TV so worth trying something different if it doesn't initially work.
