I know a few people doing it. I could put you in touch? Fine climbing types who have done a couple of them before and could give tips / be up for the partying.

My elbows aren't sharp enough (i.e. balls not big enough).

Don't want to commit my only week in the alps to a random mass start carnage fest.

Prefer chillin and riding lift assisted tracks with mates.
I can see the appeal though!
