Today I committed a micro-aggression. I commented on a female colleague's new hairdo. Micro-aggression? And if I had blatantly ignored it? Micro-aggression. Heads she wins, tails you lose. The terms change, the rules remain the same.
I also struck another female colleague on the head with a beerglass at Oktoberfest. That would have been a macro-aggresssion had it not been a genuine accident.
