Fri rested.
Yesterday big bouldering session.
This morning half hour fairly gentle run.
This afternoon? Going to the wall in a minute, so have access to bouldering, circuits, moonboard, campus, fingerboard. Open to anything, just don't want to waste a session.
Resting tomorrow.

Strength interval style ancap, aero circuits and antagonists maybe?
Definitely not max hangs or campus.

Thanks Bradders, I did basically this - broken quarters from the crimpd app (10 moves, 15 s rest x 4, 10 min rest, 4 sets) then 10 on 10 off x 3, then press ups and stretching.
