Anyone got a Turbo Trainer they're not really using that they wouldn't mind lending out.
Torn my hamstring quite badly where it inserts at the top of the calf (On my first day in Font last week - >:( ) and need to rehab it. Physio reckons cycling and particularly on a turbo as I can stop as and when I need to would be perfect.
Guessing I'd be using it for about 3 to 4 weeks ish.
Sheffield area would probably most convenient for pick up etc.
Beer/tokens of course
