Title: "Make or Break" injury manual by Dave Macleod

Reviewed here (http://ukbouldering.com/board/index.php/topic,25664.msg482971.html#msg482971) by Duncan

Somewhere close to list price, whatever that is, would be nice. Or exchange for a guide (ie Churnet or Lancs bouldering) Based Sheffield

my mother put her back out tripping over a pair of (never worn) snow boots, that my sister insisted she bought to avoid accidents on the icy pavements. I'm expecting a similarly ironic post in the NNFN thread from Paul B any day now

It's for the wife as her knuckles keep swelling up post climbing (quite alarmingly) she's also getting redness and swelling around the cuticles!

Post by: a dense loner on January 18, 2016, 07:03:10 pm: If he broke a finger trying to pop a balloon i'm going for Paul getting towards the end of the book but the fool left a window open and the wind gusts in closing the pages heavily on his hand resulting in multiple fractures. I'm just hoping it's not in hardback!
