Title: Kirklees Climbing updated topos
Post by: schloosh on February 14, 2012, 04:07:32 pm
I've updated all the downloadable guides on the http://www.kirkleesclimbing.co.uk (http://www.kirkleesclimbing.co.uk) website to be in a more user friendly and robust booklet style.
Once printed off, folded and stapled they should stand up to a bit more abuse than the older ones.
They layout has changed a bit as well to an A5 portrait style rather than landscape.

All the guides can be downloaded for free on the downloads page:
http://www.kirkleesclimbing.co.uk/pdf_downloads (http://www.kirkleesclimbing.co.uk/pdf_downloads)

Currently covered crags are:

Buckstones
Crosland Moor Quarry
Holmfirth Cliff
Longwood Tower Quarry
Netherton Edge
Piper Stones (Shooters Nab Boulders)

Hi Dave,
I got a summer project to record as much of the bouldering at shooters nab crag as I can. Not sure how much is gonna be covered by over the moors guide which I think may be on its way to the printers subject to a photo of some cakes (rumours from facebook).
Me and hardon did a nice 5b (english) arete there last year.
Will get the photos and try and tidy some stuff up once the clock change and can I go for the friday night access.

Will keep you posted.

West Nab is the next venue on the plan for the spring, once there are some light evenings...
