Title: Frechies
Post by: napalm_life on November 26, 2008, 01:19:15 pm
I remember reading something about doing frenchies as a part of training. I thought that time and Google would answer my question, nut it did not. SO here is my question. What is a Frenchie?

  :google:

"Do a pull up and hold it at the top for 5 seconds. Lower to the bottom and do another pull up but this time when you lower down hold it at 90 degrees for 5 seconds. Lower to the bottom and do another pull up when you lower down hold it at roughly 120 degrees for 5 seconds. Lower to the bottom."

thats one set.

Nice try but there's no way that frog is French. He's not wearing a stripey t-shirt and I see no evidence of onions.

Stinky cheese, fags, flag, alcohol, and crucially: the frog's a grumpy fuck n'all.  Ergo, he's French.  Buckle under my logic.

NO STRIPEY T-SHIRT, NO ONIONS - NOT FRENCH! I can see where you're coming from Houd but it's a schoolboy error.

He's obviously a Belgian who's trying his best to look French.

If this frog was Belgian (a silly rhetorical question as he's obviously French) there would be a selection of dolly mixtures, a kitten and a copy of Jackie magazine.

Thanks for the help... and the humor.
I have realized that i already do frenchies without even knowing it.
