Title: non-stinking anasazi alternatives?
Post by: weakdave on June 21, 2014, 10:38:34 pm
Ok ukbers... I need help. I love my anasazis but in the summer months they are not nice to be around! Mrs weak doesnt like them in the house and we are moving to a place where I wont have a shed for a while. I need a similar fitting shoe that doesnt hum... katanas and vapour vs dont fit my feet (not since scarpa changed to xsedge).
 Any suggestions?

30 degree wash, gentle cycle.

I previously left my shoes outside the window of flats, secured by accessory chord through the heel loops. A combination of the UV and drying them out neutralises the bugs for a bit. Drying shoes too thoroughly does change the fit though.

I've seen people use talcum powder in their shoes after climbing to dry them out. Might help?
