My bike leathers have "How's my riding? Call 0800 Fuck you" on the back of them :)

Also some white doves on the legs and smiley hash leaves on the arms. All very silly i know. I remember getting some extremely dim looks from a squad of police riders at a Cadwell track day....before burning them all off  :great:

Hardly surprising, who would dare push it on what those poor unfortunates have to ride?

(shaft driven bikes . . . .   *pukes*)

Yeah, but they were all there on their sportbikes  :)

Norton Sharley also spanked them (and me, he's very quick) and nearly got into a fight with a large man for agressive passing

Gotta say I hate shaft drive.  Whenever you open up coming out of a bend you feel the torque and it ruins your superbly balanced exit.  Or maybe it's something you get used to.  But, give me chain any day.
Belt drive- never tried it but it always looked dead flimsy.
Houd- You happen to have a Swastika on your leather pants?  Being racist 'n all?

Never ridden shaft drive. Doesn't it rise under power rather than squat like a chain drive would or something? Not sure i'd like that at all - i'd have thought you'd get a load of understeer?

I've never ridden a motorbike, apart from pillion on a ZZR-1100 at ludicrous speed, and wearing bubba's leathers in the lounge just pretending I was on something Japanese and screaming,  but I watched 'the Long Way Down' and that makes me fancy one of those  BMW R 1200 GS, don't care if they're chain, shaft or any other drive.... nearly as good as a series Land Rover, but easier to get across Africa on.
