word, anyone recommend me a decent electrical engineer in sheffield for the purposes of a post-survey checkup on the electrics on a crib we're (hopefully) buying? Idealy someone who's any good and not a cock. NICEIC registered. the less they charge for the quote/report the better. question?

Also ditto for a Corgi registered gas homie. gas/central heating etc.
