As requested, it's a battle of the titans, well a physical battle anyway as the intellectual battle has been done and dusted.

Well that’s what happens when you grow up in a town of 10k people and you’re one of the few foreigners there. I’d walk through school halls, get called a paki and punched in the face and that was pretty much my daily life from 10-16

I don’t know Carl but anyone boasting about beating people up and condoning violence against others has no place on this forum.
Carl, you’re not the only one on this forum that grew up in London (insert relevant rough area). Beating people up does not make you a hard man.

Also blame Matt for being a knobhead and starting the thread. Him and Will are both bullies who operate under the guise of “banter” - kind of hilarious how many free passes they get from people on here but I’ve been around bullies long enough to know that only one thing can stop them in their tracks.

The nay sayers point to the outlier Tyson while the opposition points out that Wilder wouldn’t have had half the career he’s had without his enormous reach.
In the end nothing is changed or learned and we continue on with the same discussions over and over again reaching the same conclusions before swiftly forgetting them and having the debate again.

For the record, Luke, I have absolutely no interest in this thread (which is just Fiend being a shit-stirring dick) and absolutely no interest in sending or receiving confrontational PMs. I'm astonished that a disagreement about rock climbing aesthetics can turn into a string of aggressive posts with thinly-masked threats of violence and a nonsensical accusation of bullying. I've not really responded because I don't see what it would do other than feed more aggression.

I have heard the term "road man" being used on the streets and by my kids and their friends for a while now, but I'm pretty sure this is the first time I have noticed it on UKB
I'm sure it's different down south, but most people self identifying as "road man" in Sheffield are skinny teenagers or delivery riders. They do wear face coverings and handbags and definitely deserve to be battered in public.
Also, I chatted with a few bus drivers in Brixton at the bus standing/waiting area next to Stockwell skate park this summer - they are the nicest people I have met in London - any efforts to help them should be applauded.
