Title: Space Invaders bolts and line
Post by: i_a_coops on April 05, 2013, 11:21:12 pm
Had a look upwards from the top of Space Race today, and saw no bolts going straight up the big line of undercuts and flakes, and two really dodgy looking old bolts miles away up and right (further right than the Mescalito belay). Are there semi-decent bolts up there somewhere?

Also, for Space Invaders do you have to go direct where Space Race traverses right under the roof? Yorkshire Lime and Rockfax seem to have different ideas about whether Space Invaders is just an extension of Space Race or not.

IIRC Space Invaders is an extension to Space Race and there is no deviation in line lower down.
I do remember a couple of the bolts were quite rusty a few years ago so I wouldn't be surprised if they look shot by now.

Awesome, thanks. Shame about the bolts, it looks like good moves up there.

According to UKC Jordan Buys flashed it last year might be worth sending him a PM about it in case he misses this thread?
