Title: 5.10 trainer sizing?

How much up/down do you have to size 5.10 trainers? Not approach shoes, just normal trainer type things for knocking aboot in. Ta.

I'm exactly the same in 5.10s as I am in skate shoes and a size up from work shoes (i.e. black leather things).

I'm 8 in Velcros and 9.5 in Camp Fours.
