Title: the real training log
Post by: ian h on December 19, 2006, 11:17:16 pm
leave the playground bitching on the other thread

it seems obvious to me that training has its place and is necessary, weather that be weights, campus , dead hangs , wall training, stretching, or all of the above . etc etc

just going out to the rocks and doing nothing else is going to limit your potential. (although that may be more fun)

i think the important thing is real climbing outdoors should always have the main focus, but space should be made for other aspects of training, if you truely want to improve.

personaly my main problem is the motivation and drive to carry this out.I am just not that dedicated. I guess i dont really want it that much.
