Title: Albarracín slopey boulders
Post by: haydn jones on January 21, 2023, 01:06:20 pm
Looking for recommendations 7C-8A+ Ive got niggly fingers atm and going to Albarracín tmrw. It just hurts to crimp aggressivly so a little crimping as long as it's not the crux is ok.

Also interested in this for similar reasons down to 7A+. Sorry to slightly hijack!

I'll start with Palpant 7B+. Compression slapping, mega location on the edge of the valley.

I was just in Albarracin a week and a bit ago, also suffering from some tweaky fingers. Found I could get away with dragging on almost every problem. The hueco like holds are big and incut and more slopey holds really grippy, so crimping usually isn't necessary.  Didn't get on anything above 7C+, however.
