Title: Four seasons

Welll after a long cold winter spring is upon us, morels and wild garlic are the first arrivals, not long now for the asparagus, wild salmon and hare.

anyone got any more tips for wild seasonal produce?

I expect there to be a few frozen newborn lambs about this week, not sure if they are good eating though.

Good call Tom, been meaning to start a seasonal recipes thread for ever but never got round to it.


Alas I've nothing to contribute other than a host of seasonal German beers which are better off in the ale thread.

Some delicious Kale recipes wouldn't go amiss, mind.  German recipes tend to be heavy on the sausage ...
