Title: Valentine's recipe requests

I fully expect Hugo to have an epic bed time this evening so will be dickign around on the web with a beer or three, between cooking a nice meal, natch.

So if you have any requests for menu and instructions please post your request with a price limit for ingredients and level of skill from 1 (ainsley harricot bean) to 5 (kitchen god).

I'll either respond helpfully or call you a prole.
