Title: Posterolateral Rotatory Instability of the Elbow
Post by: DaveyDave on October 28, 2015, 03:05:44 pm
Got told by an ortho consultant at the northern general that I've got this, had it for well over a year now after a heavy day bouldering. He said it should get better with really specific physio (not sure what), but since then I've moved away and can't get back for about 6 months.
I've looked into it myself, but all the journals I can access say surgery is the way forward (most cite people having bad falls/trauma etc, don't remember having one myself) I know there's some clued up people on here, anyone ever had/cured/heard anything about this?
Can climb on it ok, but for pretty much prevents hard bouldering training.
Cheers!
