Title: Bowing in finger bones
Post by: mctrials23 on April 01, 2015, 01:30:58 pm
I don't know if this is something that anyone else has but my ring and middle finger have quite a pronounced bow in the second bone  (middle phlanges I think). I have always use those two way more than other fingers and my front 2 are much weaker than middle 2. I don't think they were always like this but I can't find any literature on fingers becoming bowed from climbing.

Is this an issue? Should I drink more milk?
