I'm down in Exmouth overnight on Thursday for work and thought it might be a good opportunity to check out the local bouldering if there is any.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

A little while since I was last there - 1988 I think - but some great stuff on the sandstone down by the seawall - to the west of. Some good traversing IIRC, including the man made wall there. We used to top rope that.
Hope that helps. Definitely enough to occupy a little imagination.

Bouldering around Exmouth for me has generally been Chudleigh, Torquay, Dartmoor and the Quay, depending on my inclination and the weather. I've looked at the sandstone wall at the end of the beach any number of times and it's never tempted. But then I'll freely admit I'm lacking imagination...

Lots of good bouldering in Devon, unfortunately not really near Exmouth!
I'd say get yourself over to Dartmoor, Hound Tor area.
Bit of a drive but worth it: great location and lots of good problems and highballs/solos, don't expect to do anything hard due to the high temps though.

Thanks for all the info guys, unfortunately I didn't have the time to check anything out, maybe next time!
