Title: Bike freebies
Post by: SA Chris on June 11, 2009, 02:00:07 pm
Hypothetically (as it's currently under wraps). If a company was to sponsor a "well known cyclist" to appear at an event, can you think of any suggestions of freebies that can be given away that would be of use to cyclists(as well as freebie collecting non-cyclists), that could be signed / autographed by said well known cyclist. Can't be horrifically spenny. Best I can think of is a waterbottle.

Any ideas that get used will be rewarded with a free whatever it is.

Thanks.

T-shirts are always appealing as freebies.

Nice lurid colours are obligatory (either that or white, and get them signed with a non-permanent red marker!)

Mugs seem to have great longevity (said he looking at the collection of mould infested mugs on his desk)... but not as fun as a T shirt though.. and harder to sign!

Like a kind of britney fragrance a rider endorsed, named chamois cream.
