15, yes you heard it 15 year old Tyler Landman has mad an impressive repeat of the Ace 8B at the plantation. After very nearly doing it in a session it finally took him 3/4 sessions, which is very impressive indeed, considering how long it took Malc and Ben.
waddage.

holy shit  :D
fuckin effort!!!

Uberwaddage
And I thought he was a plastic-pulling punter!
-
Aye, very well done.
I saw him come close about 3 weeks ago which was very impressive.
-

-
inspired stuff from the young guy. by all accounts he celebrated with a flask of cocoa and had to be carried back to the car in a papoose

Well done indeed youth, that me off the pop for a fornight!

Nice one! Heading down to the Peak in the next couple of weeks. Never gone close to that boulder....I've always had this weird 'I'm not worthy' feeling! Always wondered what the holds felt like though.
-

To be fair, it's usually slopes who says that. Maybe he subscribes to the 'if you say it often enough, it will become funny' school of humour

Good effort youth.. it was a top day on Saturday.. started very poor and ended up in beautiful sunshine.
(Nice to meet Dense and Saltbeef too...)
-
Oh yeah Saturday. Heh, if any of you saw a guy on a longboard cruising down the road below the Buckstone, that was my brother, with me taking some photos and being impressed with the snow.
The weather was lovely later on wasn't it.
-
This really is an important ascent. Like a dense man once said, 'Font 8b, its not to be sniffed at.'
As previous ascensionists ben and malcom are outspoken advocates of the Campaign For Real Grades TM the Ace is definatley quite hard. Lets hope tyler doesn't start shaving and discover girls, we need someone to show those american upstarts. or something.
-
Also, as those great pictures show, it looks like a top quality and very pure problem.
-
You been prowling around UKClimbing.com Fiend?
