What venues and problems would people recommend where the climbing is mostly on 2/finger pockets? Looking for problems in the mid/low 7s. Thanks :)
-
Can't think of anything that would specifically fit this bill but the churnet or the Tor have got pockets and probs on the mid 7's OOMT start or wrights rock traverse
-
Cubby's lip at Kyloe is the one problem that springs to mind. Mainly hard pulling on 2 finger pockets.

Not from personal experience, but what about Beeston tor for some short pockety sport?
-
Pex for old skool pocket puling.
-
More the the point, why would you want to climb problems with 2-finger pockets. Pervert.

Surely 2 is the perfect number? Enough that you get the reflected glory of frankenjura-mono-heroes but not so many that you have a majority of digits on the hold, and are thus clearly a punter.

Bashers problem at the Tor, although there is a sharp crimp for the RH as well, ah well!

That is an angle I had not considered!

My little finger is currently not in service, so opting for climbing on pockets in an attempt to avoid inadvertently using it. The logic behind your comment makes sense as using 2 of my 3 available fingers still puts me in the punter category :P

No. No. Jamming is God's own climbing style. Whoever God is.

God is not a DJ then, he/she/it must be a dirty crack pervert! Either that or a spiritual collection of mass consciousness. Could of course be both.
